 Baked, using Puff Pastry, with your choice of fruit filling & drizzled with icing or caramel sauce.

              Fruit Danish:

Your choice for fruit, top a sweetened cream cheese mixture, in a puff pastry  shell, with a sprinkle of cinnamon and almonds slices.

         Apple Bundles:

Apple slices, wrapped in bread strips, sprinkled with orange zest, cinnamon sugar, then baked in the juice of the orange. Oh, yea!

      Blue Berry Breakfast

Made up of a Blue Berry Breakfast Casserole, Blue Berry Syrup, and a Blue Berry Smoothie. That should take care of your Anti-Oxidents.

What a combination! Made up with Cinnamon-Raisin Bread, Apples, Toasted Almonds, Cinnamon, and topped with Powdered Sugar and a hint of Cinnamon.

Great Fall Breakfast, especially in October. A yeast batter, with Walnuts, a cinnamon-butter, combination in the center, baked and topped with a Cream Cheese Icing, that is starting to melt, by the time you get it, darn it.

 Let us Pray for these sinfully rich Rolls. Yes, you spread peanut butter on the rolled out dough, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, roll it up, bake, and top it with Peanut Butter Frosting----Thank you Jimmy Carter. Now, a glass of Milk, Please.

Apple Butter Hot Cakes

Apple Butter is a plus, to these cakes, but the honey and cinnamon butter, doesn't hurt either.

 Stuffed French Toast

Texas toast, slit, and stuffed with Cream Cheese and Orange Marmalade, then coated with chopped Almonds, and drizzled with warm syrup.

   Rancheros Casserole

Oh, yea! Plenty of Cumin, tied in with Oregano, Chili powder, Garlic, Mexican Cheese Blend, and Chunky Salsa, held together with Eggs and Potatoes, topped with Fresh Cilantro! Where's my Sombrero?

Tex-Mex Spinach Omelet

The Omelet, itself, is made up of eggs with Cumin and Cilantro, blended in, once cooked, it is filled with shredded Baby Spinach, Monterey Jack Cheese w/Jalapeno chili peppers, and a Corn-Pepper Relish, that consists of Red Pepper, Corn, Red Onion, and more Cilantro.

              Frittata

Which is an unstirred Omelet, left to sit and cook in the pan. But, still makes your Tummy happy. It is filled with Broccoli florets, diced red pepper, onions, Italian seasoning, and topped with Parmesan Cheese.

    Savory Hash Brown

           Casserole

 These aren't your typical hash browns. These are browned in the bacon juice( I don't use the word, fat) for that great "cabin" flavor, tossed with chopped red and green peppers, red onion wedges, real bacon bits, ham or turkey chunks, and then I add turkey gravy to it.  Again, Oh my word!           

            Quiche:

  Ham, Broccoli, and Cheddar.

Broccoli, Potato, and Bacon.

All done in a pie crust. There is no bad choice.

             Scones

   A light sweetened breakfast bread, topped with natural raw sugar crystals, served with yogurt, and a fruit smoothie of your choice. 

      Waffles or Pancakes:

Light and fluffy, butter and syrup running over the side, with a touch of spice.

     Biscuits and Gravy:

How can you stay in a cabin and not eat this great stand-by?

 A great light dessert, using a single pie crust, sliced apples and cherry pie filling, topped with a crunchy crumb topping, finished off with cherries and whipped topping on top. Yum,Yum.

   Puff Pastry Cookies

Very light and airy, drizzled with chocolate for when you don't want something too heavy but still want something for the sweet tooth. Served with the Sherbet of your choice.

    A  Big Fat Brownie

  Warm out of the oven, with Vanilla Ice Cream, melting down the side, and a drizzle of Chocolate Shell Sauce. (Yes, I've got Milk)

  Homemade Ice Cream:

 Your choice of flavors from Chocolate, Chocolate Mocha Almond, Chocolate with your choice of candy mix, Vanilla, with or without a candy mix and Strawberry and Butter Pecan.

       Cookie Pizza

Choose from brownie base, or Sugar cookie base, topped with sweetened cream cheese and topped with either fresh strawberries, or drizzled with caramel and peanuts/almonds, or chocolate. Ummmm, decisions, decisions.

  Better than a bar of gold. Yet, worth a bar of gold. Your choice of Butter, Chocolate, Lemon, or Pumpkin.
